We have been travelling together around the World for almost 5 years, working in kitchens at eco-retreats, sustainable farms and yoga retreats and picking up amazing vegetarian recipes and inspiration along the way. The countries we've visited whose culinary traditions particularly flavour our food are Mexico, Spain, India and Greece. However, we love to cook all kinds of food and are always looking for new recipes.

We both love to practice yoga and have been fortunate enough to work the past two Summers at the fantastic Yoga Rocks Retreat Centre in Crete where we ran the kitchen and created daily menus from the delicious fresh food available there. We also got married there last year!

Melissa has been a dedicated yoga practitioner since discovering it on a trip to Mexico in 2007 and has been qualified yoga and meditation teacher since April 2010. She is now teaching in yoga classes in Glasgow.

Dan has been working in various kitchens since he was 16 and is studying to be a holistic nutrition advisor. He can currently be seen cooking falafel and other delights through the hatch of Glasgow's finest vegan cafe & bar The 78.
