Immerse yourself in a relaxing and informative day of yin and restorative yoga. This workshop is suitable for anyone looking to add a restorative element to their yoga self practice and also their yoga classes.

We will explore both a yin sequence and a restorative sequence. We will look at how best to support each pose with yoga props and by offering variations and alternatives when needed. We will discuss the benefits of these nourishing practices and there will also be guidance on how to sequence the postures and how long to hold the postures.

There will be an opportunity to work in pairs to put these teachings into practice and plenty of time for questions throughout.

We will finish by looking at different options for savasana before taking a relaxation and guided meditation to finish.
