Makes 2 super smoothies:
1x Very generous handful of spinach
1x Large, chopped banana
2x Dessert spoonfuls of honey
6x Dried, pitted dates (pre-soaked in water overnight, to be gentle to the blender)
1x Cup of water
Optional: The green juice will already be super nutritious, however, if you need an extra boost add a spoonful of dried spirulina powder and you will have Very Green Juice ;-)
Combine all the ingredients in the blender, whizz for a minute and enjoy immediately!
