Chai Spiced Raw Fudge

Super healthy sweet treats!

Chai Spice Raw Fudge

Makes about 25- 30 nuggets

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Pitted Dates (soaked overnight in warm water)
  • 1 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 Ts Ground Cardamom
  • 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Nut Oil (eg.Hazlenut, Coconut etc… or any cold-pressed oil will do even Olive Oil)
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Cocoa Powder (for dusting)

Method

Blend the nuts in a food processor until you get a roughly ground ,flour-like consistency.
Add spices and blend again.
Add pitted and soaked dates and oil. Blend until you have a sticky 'cookie-dough' consistency.
Remove from the food-processor and roll the mixture with your hands into a large sausage shape. Take a sharp knife and cut off 2cm chunks and place onto a large plate. Dust them all with raw cocoa powder and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
