Chai Spiced Raw Fudge
Super healthy sweet treats!
Makes about 25- 30 nuggets
Add spices and blend again.
Add pitted and soaked dates and oil. Blend until you have a sticky 'cookie-dough' consistency.
Remove from the food-processor and roll the mixture with your hands into a large sausage shape. Take a sharp knife and cut off 2cm chunks and place onto a large plate. Dust them all with raw cocoa powder and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Pitted Dates (soaked overnight in warm water)
- 1 Cup Walnuts
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of Ground Cloves
- 1/2 Ts Ground Cardamom
- 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Nut Oil (eg.Hazlenut, Coconut etc… or any cold-pressed oil will do even Olive Oil)
- 2 Tbsp Raw Cocoa Powder (for dusting)
